1. What fees do sellers pay when using PODSach?

Sellers only pay the initial domain purchase fee (~$15), which will be automatically renewed every year using store profit.

Note: Keep a minimum of $15 in your profit balance so the domain can be automatically renewed.

2. Are there fees for withdrawing to Payoneer or bank transfer?

• Payoneer: Withdrawal fee is $1 (collected by Payoneer)
• Bank transfer (VND): Completely free

3. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

4. How long does it take to receive profit?

After submitting a withdrawal request, funds will arrive in your account within 24h - 48h.

5. Where can I find basic product info and base prices?

6. What file formats are supported for designs?

Depending on the product type, the following applies:

• Format: .jpg, .jpeg, .png
• Minimum resolution: 150 DPI
• Maximum file size: 100 MB

7. Can sellers launch campaigns with mockup files?

The ability to create campaigns with mockup files can be enabled when:

• The store reaches 20 units/day
• The store does not list items in the Prohibited Items List Once both conditions are met, contact the PODSach LLC Fanpage for assistance.

💳 Payments

8. Do I need to set up my own payment gateway?

No, PODSach provides both Stripe and PayPal payment gateways for sellers.

9. Which payment gateways are available on PODSach?

Payment Gateway	Condition

PayPal	Reach 20 units/day + no violations of the Prohibited Items List

To enable PayPal, contact the PODSach LLC Fanpage once you meet the requirements.

10. Can sellers use external domain names?

PODSach currently does not support external domain pointing.

Sellers must comply with the Prohibited Items List to avoid profit forfeiture and potential store suspension.

15. What timezone does the platform use?

All stores currently use GMT-7 (America/Phoenix) and this cannot be changed.
